Pork Chow Mein

Instructions

  1. Prepare noodles according to packet directions. Drain.
  2. Toss pork with half the oil in a large bowl.
  3. Heat a large, non-stick wok over a high heat.
  4. Add pork in two batches.
  5. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes, or until browned. Remove. Cover to keep warm.
  6. Heat remaining oil in the same hot wok. Add onion and curry powder.
  7. Stir-fry for 1 minute.
  8. Add tomatoes, carrot and cinnamon.
  9. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  10. Return pork to wok with noodles, kecap manis and soy sauce.
  11. Stir-fry for a further 3 minutes, or until hot. Remove from heat.
  12. Toss through the cabbage until hot.
  13. Serve pork chow mein topped with coriander.
